The Nonprofit and Foundation Advocacy Project provides workshops, legal guides, and technical assistance to explain the broad scope of allowable advocacy activities under federal law.

DESCRIPTION

The Alliance for Justice promotes a fair and independent judiciary and strengthens public interest advocacy. The Alliance fulfills its mission through several program areas: Nonprofit and Foundation Advocacy Project provides workshops, legal guides, and technical assistance to explain the broad scope of allowable advocacy activities under federal law. First Monday engages college students activism around social justice issues through a yearlong campaign. Co/Motion provides training, technical assistance and grants to help support high school aged youth activists engage in activism to stop gun violence. The Judicial Selection Project works to ensure that the federal judiciary is representative of all Americans.
